Yes, we have a luggage room at the front desk and it is free during the day of your check-in and check-out. For additional days, rates will apply. >

Cancun: We do have a private parking lot and it’s free of charge, however, it is subject to availability. Once you arrive at the hotel, please ask the front desk team for a parking permit to display in your car.

Tulum: We have a few parking spots available right in front of our door, however, they are subject to availability.

Los Cabos: At the time, we do not have parking available, however, there are a few paid parking lots located in the surrounding areas.

There are many ways to find out about our daily programming. Visiting the front desk, checking out our activity board, and checking our Instagram accounts are recommended.

To secure a lower bed, please contact the front desk of the location directly. Due to their popularity, lower beds can be secured for an additional charge and are subject to availability.

The front desk is available 24/7.

Check-in begins at 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can drop your bags in our luggage room and begin to enjoy our pool, co-working space, and bar.

If you will arrive between 11 pm and 6 am, please email the front desk so we can keep your booking at: cancun@mayanmonkey.com (Cancun) or tulum@mayanmonkey.com (Tulum).

Check-out ends at 12:00 pm. Late check out might be possible but it’s subject to availability and includes an additional charge.

The late check fee is$5 usd and it covers from 12 to 2 pm.

The minimum age required to enter the hotel is 18 years old for all guests as the experience is designed for adults only. Fortunately, many hotels in the area are family-friendly.

Cash, credit, or debit cards are accepted for reservations made through our website and for payment of additional services and products. Sorry, we do not take AMEX.
